Mailing list email addresses are held and managed manually by a designated trustee using Microsoft Outlook. These are not shared with any third party mailing platform.

- Contact form enquiries: retained for as long as necessary to resolve your enquiry, and for a reasonable period thereafter in case of follow-up.
